Ticket Box Office at BC Place Stadium Now Open for FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015™

VANCOUVER (1 June, 2015) – Soccer fans can now buy individual match tickets for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015™ onsite at the BC Place Stadium box office. Tickets start from just $20.15 and can be purchased in person at the BC Place Box Office Outlet at 765 Pacific Boulevard 1-26 June.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup™ kicks off in Vancouver on 8 June with a double header featuring reigning world champions Japan. Competition debutants Cameroon will take on Ecuador starting at 16:00, while Japan will face Switzerland at 19:00.

“We have seen great support for many of the matches so far, and we encourage everyone to help us welcome the world to Vancouver by filling the stadium for our opening match on June 8,” said Venue General Manager, Rita Rogers.

Those looking to purchase tickets can also do so online at www.fifa.com/Canada2015 or in person at the Vancouver Fan Zone at Larwill Park (West Georgia @ Cambie Street) during one of the 12 days it is open over the course of the competition.
