Soccer Quest is pleased to announce the acquisition of their own outdoor soccer fields in Kamloops. The fields are located on the Kamloops Indian Band lands and consist of one full size and 3 junior fields. The Facility will be called the Chief Louie/ Pronto Soccer Field. The name derives from Chief Louie a past chief of the KIB and Pronto Enterprises the major sponsor and in charge of maintenance of the fields.
Pronto has started work on the fields and will be ready for play by May 11 this year and the new adult Kamloops Co-ed soccer league, administered by Soccer Quest will play the first games at the facility with the Soccer Quest academy teams also holding their training sessions and games there.
There will be a clubhouse on site and washrooms, the fields are located next to Tim Horton’s and the Petro can gas station on Highway 5 north with easy access for all the Kamloops soccer community.
Soccer Quest would like to thank the Kamloops Indian Band for their positive, professional and innovative approach in the negotiations of these lands and look forward to a long and lasting relationship.
