KAMLOOPS, BC – The Kamloops Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) is offering two, four-day “Get Ready For Soccer” indoor camps during Spring Break!

The first camp will run from Monday, March 21 to Thursday, March 24. The second camp will run from Tuesday, March 29 to Friday, April 1.

The camp times are 9:00am to 4:00pm in the Kamloops Soccer Dome in Mt. Paul.

The “Get Ready For Soccer” camps are open to players in the U5 to U12 age groups.

The registration fee for each week is $150.00 per child. Parents can also register their children for half the day (3 hours) at $75.00 for the week. The association is also offering a package for the full 8 days at $250.00 per child or $125.00 for half-days.

The KYSA “Get Ready For Soccer” Spring Break Camps will be under the direction of KYSA Technical Director, Ciaran McMahon.

KYSA soccer camps provide a fun, structured and professional environment to help players stay active and develop further in the game of soccer. The KYSA’s child-centered environment will introduce players to a series of activities and games designed to develop general motor skill coordination, sport specific movement, technical ability, skill execution and game awareness at a level appropriate for each participant.

With the 2016 soccer season fast approaching this is an excellent opportunity for young players to “get ready” for the season.

Parents can register their children on-line at www.kysa.net or by contacting the KYSA office on McArthur Island.

Anyone needing more information can telephone the KYSA office at 250-376-2750 during the week between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.
