Canada Soccer has released its Women’s National Team roster for the upcoming Women’s International Friendly match against Brazil. Canada’s squad will face Brazil in Ottawa on Sunday 2 September at TD Place.
Saskatoon SK Impact FC win the 2018 Saskatchewan women’s title – CSA
Saskatoon SK Impact FC won their third-straight Saskatchewan women’s title to qualify for the 2018 Toyota National Championships Jubilee Trophy finals. The Saskatoon club won the two-leg SK Open Cup 8-0 on aggregate of Saskatoon Tsunami FC. SK Impact FC won both the 17 and 19 August matches by identical scores of 4:0.
Saskatoon Revolution win the 2018 Saskatchewan men’s title – CSA
First-year club Saskatoon Revolution won the Saskatchewan SK Open Cup to qualify for the 2018 Toyota National Championships Challenge Trophy finals. The Saskatoon club won their first provincial title after finishing in first place in the three-team, three-match final series in Saskatoon from 17-19 August.
Western Halifax win the 2018 Nova Scotia men’s title – CSA
Western Halifax FC won their third-straight Nova Scotia men’s championship to qualify for the 2018 Toyota National Championships Challenge Trophy finals. The reigning national champions won 3:1 a.e.t. over Halifax City in the Tuesday 21 August final.
