MLS Conference Semifinals Recap: Canadian sides rompEmpire of Soccer
The second legs of the conference semifinals in Major League Soccer were largely devoid of drama. Only one tie was close late, and only one team was able to fight back from their first leg deficit. Toronto FC to face Montreal Impact at Olympic StadiumWaking the Red
Toronto FC’s meeting with the Montreal Impact in the Eastern Conference final won’t mean another trip to Stade Saputo. The Impact have decided to host the first leg of the tie at the 61,000-capacity Olympic Stadium – or the ‘Big O’ – to take advantage of probable increased ticket sales.

Impact’s Bush excited by prospect of all-Canadian showdownToronto Star
Evan Bush was looking ahead. And why not? The prospect of a Montreal-Toronto playoff series was too tantalizing to dismiss.

“Series just got too far” from FC Dallas, who win Leg 2, but not by enoughMLS
