In the last of our spotlight looks into the supporters groups in Vancouver, is Rain City Brigade. Founded in 2010, to coincide with the Caps entry into MLS, a group of friends decided to try their own thing, setting up shop in 246, just to the right (if you’re looking at the field) to the Vancouver Southsiders. Known for their black attire, they can now be found in 201, with the tunnel to their right, and the Curva Collective a few sections over.

Undefeated Canada will face Jamaica in the quarter-finals of the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team have reached the knock out phase after finishing second in Group A after a 4:2 win over French Guiana, a 1:1 draw with Costa Rica, and an 0:0 draw with Honduras. The Canada-Jamaica match on Thursday 20 July takes place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ. The match kicks off at 16.30 local, with a live broadcast on TSN and RDS (19.30 ET / 16.30 PT).

The Netherlands authored a rousing start to their home European Championship by defeating 2013 runners-up Norway, 1-0, in front of a boisterous crowd at Stadion Galgenwaard in Utrecht. The announced crowd of 21,732—the largest ever to take in a women’s game in the Netherlands—was loud throughout, never more so than after Shanice van de Sanden netted the only goal.
