Schedules confirmed for 2016 Sport Chek National Championships – CSA
Canada Soccer has confirmed the schedule and regulations for the 2016 Sport Chek National Championships, with matches to be played this 5-10 October in four host cities and provinces. Both the schedule and regulations were approved on Friday 15 April in advance of Canada Soccer’s annual workshop featuring organising representatives from the provincial soccer associations.

FC Edmonton (0W-1D-2L) came up short in their second road match of the season, conceding a 1-0 defeat to Tampa Bay Rowdies (1W-2D-0L), April 16 at Al Lang Stadium.
RAILHAWKS EDGE FURY IN TIGHT CONTEST – Ottawa Fury
Despite several excellent scoring chances and Romuald Peiser at the top of his game, Fury FC were not been able to capitalize and were handed their second loss of the season. The RailHawks claimed the 1-0 victory on the shoulders of an early second half goal from Tiyi Shipalane – the win puts the RailHawks atop the NASL standings with a perfect 3-0-0 record, while Fury FC will travel to FC Edmonton next Sunday to renew the All-Canadian rivalry with the Eddies.
