I'm a single mom (of a preteen) and soccer parent in Vancouver looking to meet other soccer dads and moms for mutual support, organizing social get-togethers (watching FIFA), small sided games and scrimmages.

We have a yard perfect for shots on net, and live near a soccer field. Our house has a deck for BBQs. The kids can have fun while the adults chat, nosh etc. My son and I both play soccer and do some assistant coaching. We play in and out of net and enjoy shooting drills.

This season, I'd like to organize a single parents soccer picnic. Also, I applied for a small neighbourhood grant to organize a friendly soccer tournament.
